New York State's Highest Court - New York State Court of Appeals has rejected the State's new Congressional District Maps for the 2022 Elections. 

The State Court of Appeals agreed in their ruling with a group of Republican Party Voters, who had challenged the new congressional redistricting maps. 

The Court said it would will be Likely be Necessary to move the Congressional and State Senate Primary Elections from June to August?
