Trump, Donald Trump Jr., and Ivanka Trump to Testify As Part AG James’ Ongoing Investigation. NEW YORK – New York Attorney General Letitia James released the following statement after the Appellate Division, First Judicial Department ruled in her favor and ordered Donald J. Trump, Donald Trump Jr., and Ivanka Trump to give testimony under oath as part of the office’s ongoing investigation. The Appellate Division rejected all of the arguments made by Donald J. Trump, Donald Trump Jr., and Ivanka Trump. “Once again, the courts have ruled that Donald Trump must comply with our lawful investigation into his financial dealings,” said Attorney General James. “We will continue to follow the facts of this case and ensure that no one can evade the law.”
