CIRCUIT-BREAKER CONTINUED.

This year's 2022-23 State Budget continued and funded the circuit breaker program under which the State sends a check to residential property owners whose income is less than $250,000. The amount of the rebate is determined by a formula based on the amount of the owner's annual property tax and income.

NEW PROPERTY TAX REBATE.

This year's State Budget also created a one-year tax credit-rebate for STAR-eligible households with incomes below $250,000.
