The New York State Homeowner Assistance Fund (NYS HAF) is a federally-funded program providing assistance to eligible homeowners who are at risk of default, foreclosure, or displacement due to financial hardship caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, it is expected that there will be more applications than funding available, and applications are being processed as they are received.
