Yesterday, I announced my endorsement of Lisa Hofflich for State Senate.
I know what it takes to be effective in Albany and Lisa has all the qualities to tackle the tough issues of our time, whether its public safety, economic progress for all, transgender rights or environmental justice.
When she worked for me, Lisa played a vital role in passing the landmark legislation I carried that protects victims of trafficking and domestic violence. She is an incredible coalition builder, organizer, advocate and mother. She is the kind of legislator we need in Albany.
It takes significant funding to win a race like this in New York. If you have not already, would you please contribute to Lisa’s campaign to make sure she can get her message out to voters and bring her campaign to victory?
