“James Moore raped and strangled to death a 14-year-old girl from Penfield, NY, and he’s about to walk free because victims no longer matter in New York State under Governor Kathy Hochul and her one-party Albany rule. 

“Mr. Moore is a monster — every parent’s nightmare — who avoided the death penalty by agreeing to serve life in prison with no possibility of parole. Now he’s walking free, another demonstration of our laws not being enforced because of ‘progressive’ leniency. 

“In addition to releasing young Pamela Moss’s killer, New York State has released more than 20 cop killers in the past two years alone. No one is protected from this ‘woke’ madness. 

“I’ll stop the craziness as governor, and I’ll start by firing the current New York State Parole Board. It’s clearly forgotten that criminal justice is about the victims, not the criminals. I have not. Nor have New Yorkers.”
